Patrick D’Aloisio Hons B.A., J.D. (Managing Partner)
Since his call to the Bar, Patrick has practiced in plaintiff personal injury law and civil litigation matters, including motor vehicle accident claims, slip and falls, product liability matters, dog bites, and disability claims. Patrick has appeared before The Superior Court of Justice, The Financial Services Commission of Ontario, The LAT, The Criminal Injuries Compensation Board, and various other tribunals. He takes great pride in advocating for injured plaintiffs and obtaining the best results possible for his clients. He is also practicing Residential Real Estate Law and provides his clients with prompt and thorough service. Tiziana A. Romano B.A., LL.B.
Tiziana focuses her practice primarily on serious personal injuries, occupier and product liability, and medical malpractice. Tiziana practiced law at a top-rated downtown personal injury boutique firm for over a decade; where she gained a wealth of experience in a wide range of civil litigation. Tiziana graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Bar in 2005. She has since spent her entire career focused on representing her injured clients at trials, tribunals, arbitrations, mediations, in various Courts. Tiziana also has extensive experience in guardianship matters for minors and clients who are no longer able to manage their financial affairs.

Frank Comella Hon B.A., LL.B.
Frank was called to the Bar in Ontario in 1998. He has been a member of Romano Law Firm since January 2016. Frank represents clients in a variety of personal injury and insurance-related claims, including motor vehicle accidents, accident benefits claims, slip and falls, product liability, disability and life insurance claims. For nearly 20 years, Frank’s practice has been devoted solely to representing victims of accidents. His no-nonsense and straightforward approach has resulted in millions of dollars of settlements for his clients over the years. Frank has appeared before various levels of court in Ontario, including the Superior Court of Justice, Superior Court, FSCO and the Licencing Appeals Tribunal.

Nisarg Munshi BSEE, LL.B.
Nisarg received his LL.B from the University of Windsor and was subsequently called to the bar of Ontario. Prior to law school, Nisarg completed his Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. Over the past few years, Nisarg has concentrated his law practice to personal injury litigation, assisting plaintiffs in recovering damages for injuries sustained in areas such as motor vehicle collisions, slips and falls, nursing home negligence etc. Nisarg has represented clients at the Superior court of Justice and at proceedings before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, and the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board.

Matthew Greco, LL.B., LL.M.
Matthew received his LL.B. from the University of Birmingham and his LL.M. from the University of Toronto, specializing in Commercial Law & Litigation. Armed with these skills, Matthew thoroughly enjoys representing and helping his clients. Matthew’s practice is predominately focused on plaintiff-side personal injury, but also includes a budding real estate and commercial law practice. Prior to being called to the Bar in Ontario in 2019, Matthew worked for the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime in Jakarta and was a Student-at-Law at Kellogg Canada Inc.. Outside of work, Matthew enjoys playing and watching sports (particularly hockey), reading, working out, and spending time with family and friends.

Shuqin Weng, B.A., J.D.
Shuqin joined Romano Law Firm as a Junior Associate in September 2019. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Western University. She then went on to obtain her Juris Doctor at the University of Saskatchewan where she discovered her passion for civil litigation. Prior to joining our firm, Shuqin articled for a personal injury firm in downtown Toronto. She approaches her clients with compassion and tackles her cases with pragmatism.

John Venneri, B.A. LL.B.
John Venneri is an associate lawyer at Romano Law Firm. He maintains a sophisticated solicitor-based practice in the areas of corporate/commercial law, tax, franchising, wills, powers of attorney, estate planning, and trusts. Prior to commencing his legal studies at Osgoode Hall in Toronto, John studied both economics and chartered accountancy at the University of Waterloo and was placed at a multi-national accounting firm in Toronto as part of his co-op program. Following his articles at a Bay Street boutique law firm specializing in business law and tax, he was called to the Ontario Bar in 2003 and worked as a senior associate in the tax department of a multi-national accounting firm in Hamilton. Since then, he has been practicing law primarily in Hamilton. The number of lawyers who practice business law, personal planning AND tax law in Ontario is quite small, given the specialized nature of these disciplines. John is one of these few lawyers who can apply the tax laws in both business and personal matters. By using corporations, trusts, wills and other legal means, John has developed the expertise to be able to reduce taxes, reduce potential liability and protect assets.
Elisa Zara Mancuso (Articling Student)
After graduating from Osgoode Hall Law School with a Masters of Law, Elisa Mancuso joined the Romano Law Firm team as an articling student, where she intends to gain her licensing qualifications in order to be called to the Bar. Elisa previously interned with the firm in 2013 where she gained the necessary and practical experience to begin her legal journey, initiated by the completion of her Hon’s B.A from the University of Toronto in June 2014. Since then, she obtained an LLB in the United Kingdom where she simultaneously strengthened the aptitude of her litigation knowledge by partaking in competitive debates, mooting events and pro bono work for international human rights organizations such as Lawyers Without Borders and the United Nations. Elisa possesses a deep-rooted commitment and passion for advocacy, and while having committed herself greatly to pro bono initiatives, she currently intends to pursue consistent experience in personal injury, civil litigation, and real estate matters.

Maya Sborovsky, Licenced Paralegal
Prior to joining Romano Law Firm, Maya worked at a smaller firm in Toronto where she gained experience in personal injury. Maya is a graduate with Honour of the Court & Tribunal Agent Diploma from Seneca College where she also received her Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution. She is a licensed paralegal with the Law Society of Upper Canada and assists Nisarg Munshi. Maya is fluent in Russian and Hebrew.

Ashley Blackstock, Law Clerk
Ashley is a graduate of the Law Clerk program at Humber College and holds a degree in accounting and finance, both with honours.

Sabrina Romano, Accident Benefit Clerk
Sabrina joined Romano Law Firm in 2006 after completing her Legal Administrative Program at Seneca College. Since joining the firm, Sabrina has been a part of the Accident Benefit Department where she has helped hundreds of clients receive proper care and benefits. Cassandra Stumpo, Law Clerk
Cassandra is a graduate of the Law Clerk program at Humber College and an Member of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario (ILCO). She has been working as a Law Clerk since 2014 focusing primarily on plaintiff personal injury. Mohsin is a valuable member of Romano Law Firm. He is responsible for client activities, charity events, and community service. Mary Pizzuti, Office Manager
With Mary’s extensive organizational and bookkeeping background, she joined Romano Law Firm wishing to expand her field of expertise. In her role as Office Manager she uses her relevant skills in assisting the partnership in the implementation and maintenance of internal control systems & procedures, budgetary planning & forecasting, operational planning, in addition to overseeing the firm’s staff.
